Although The Admiralty Guest House in Port Elizabeth provides its own well renowned culinary breakfast experience, which comes highly recommended, there are also several noteworthy restaurants in the surrounding area for those with an explorer’s pallet.

Luckily with our guesthouse being so well situated there are plenty of excellent restaurants very close by.

Less than 3km from the Admiralty Beach House is the Ginger Restaurant. Here they set the ambience by allowing visitors to sip their drinks on the deck while unwinding to the sounds and sight of Hobie beach, before either proceeding inside for their meal, or being served in situ.

When entering the restaurant, the lower dining area, which is equipped with beautiful parquet flooring, surrounds a central bar, while the upper area, fitted with carpeting, is adjacent to the open plan kitchen.

Regardless of where one chooses to sit, the service is impeccable and the menu offers a wide range of enchanting selections from tasty starters, to succulent main meals and decadent desserts.

Another restaurant found only 1.5km from the Admiralty Bed and Breakfast in Port Elizabeth, is the De Kelder, one of the finest restaurants Port Elizabeth has to offer, typically renowned for its sophisticated cuisine.

This elegant  restaurant is situated along the beachfront, making it the perfect choice for not only cosy evenings or intimate encounters, but also corporate dinners and any kind of celebration.

Situated within the Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Complex and roughly 3km away from your Admiralty Guest House Accommodation  is Leonardo’s.

Here they offer authentic Italian classics such as pizza, pasta as well as speciality dishes. The décor is Italian inspired allowing visitors to escape and indulge in their own little slice of Italia.
